Post mortem on April 11th, program, Retirement in View.
Overall members of the committee agreed that the presentation given by Mark Bertonazzi of Fidelity went well.  The format was effective--including a general presentation and scheduled time for individual consultations with Mark.

Discussion of May 10th Presentation by Paul Zizzo on the new Staff Retirement Plan
Margaret agreed to be the contact for RSVPs.  In the presentation, Paul will use two scenarios--a veteran Harvard employee and a newer staff member--to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the new plan depending on the situation.  Paul's session will be different from the workshops presented by HR.  Paul will demonstrate the Financial Campus tool available to Harvard staff from the Benefits Web site.

The presentation is meant for exempt staff and will be advertised that way.  Enith will make arrangements for refreshments to be provided.  Paula will advertise the event on HULINFO.

The next meeting will be May 11th at 9:00 in Wadsworth House Conference Room.
