Minutes of the Benefits Committee
April 12, 2005

• Tom Ma has spoken with Jean Shady who will discuss adoption. Jennifer Lyons has Roxanne Breckener for Harvard daycare, however she has not had children in daycare for over a decade and we will use her as a back-up.
  ACTION ITEM:Jennifer Lyons will ask Sara from the Benefits office (who is part of the presenation on June 15) if she could locate a more recent user of the Harvard daycare program.
• The group discusses what type of AV needs we will need for the presentation as well as how large of a room we will need. We all agree that we will need at least internet access, possibly overhead projection, seating for 50 or more.
• Steve Marley will research a listing of benefits for those employees who have been at Harvard for some time and simply need a refresher of what is here and also what benefits may have changed since their hiring.
• All members of the benefits committee will consider a question to be presented at the presentation for June.

  Next meeting is Thursday May 5th, at 2pm in Cabot's small instruction room.
