Benefits Committee Meeting

• Continued discussion regarding the June 15th presentation of "Family Matters. ACTION ITEMS :Billy will draft an announcement notice--Dana will meet with Jean Shady(adoption), Sarah Bennett-Astesano (benefits) and Nongji Zhang(Harvard daycare) to coordinate and discuss the details of the panel discussion on May 16 at 12:30 at the Greenhouse café in science center --Tom will secure PowerPoint and web access for that day in the law school's Griswold classroom. Possibility of ascertaining info regarding a lunch group which used to meet (still meets?) to discuss adoption.
• Reminder about the librarians Assembly which will take place on May 10th 10:30 in Lamont Forum.
• Steve Marley informs the committee (via email) that he has asked Mary Michele Delaney to speak about benefits on behalf of the ben com in the Fall. Details to follow at the next meeting.
• Reminder…..All members of the benefits committee will consider a question to be presented at the Family Matters presentation for June.

Next meeting is Tuesday June 14, at 2pm in Cabot's small instruction room.
