  1. Fall Events
    1. Fundraising in Academic Libraries - Jennifer updated us on the event.  She’s confirmed the Lamont Forum Room December 19th 2-4 pm.  Peggy Molander will give an overview of her activities with HCL.  Jennifer is going to talk to Megan Sniffin-Marinoff from the Harvard University Archives about participating as well.
    2. iSite Training Session(s) - We all agreed that January during the break would be a good time to do an iSite training and Jennifer will also talk to the trainer about scheduling.

  1. Programming Poll - Michael updated the group that he would be sending a draft HULINFO message to Peter in Wadsworth House and that the poll would be on iCommons instead of the iSite because it was just easier to create and control.
  1. Other Programming - Erin informed the PDC that there has been a group at Baker set up to start to do tours in conjunction with the 100th Anniversary of HBS.  PDC is thinking of the spring when the weather is nicer so we’ll come up with some dates and run it past the Baker group to see if they’d work.
  1. Update on the Website - The new calendar year is approaching and that means new conference year.  Members are suggested to send Annie Jo conference dates and website URLs so that she can start on a 2008 calendar.  We’re thinking about re-advertising this resource to the Library community through a HULINFO message in late January after ALA Midwinter.
  1. Other Business - Kathy Rutter still has not heard back from Sue Martin on her program idea and she also mentioned a Fulbright opportunity for librarians that she read about and would look further into that.
  1. Next Meeting - Tuesday, January 8, 2008, Radcliffe Room, Schlesinger Library 9:30-11:00 AM
