III. Review of Records Management Program of March 22
Attendance at the Records Management Program was not high (15-20 people), but it was well-received, with a number of questions for the speakers from the audience at the end of the presentation.
IV. Update from LAEC meeting (March 8)
Dan Moriarty Program
Presentation date has been changed to April 11th
It was suggested that one of the heads of the sponsoring committees (Right & Responsibilities, Professional Development) do the introduction at Dan Moriartyís presentation. Melanie volunteered to do this.
[Note: as of the writing of these minutes, the presentation will now be done by Susan Rogers, due to a conflict in Danís schedule.]
Alix Reiskind drafted a letter to Sid Verba regarding the HUL committee structure; the letter went out last week [the week of March 19].
Nominating Committee for at-large seats on the LAEC has been formed. Question arose from the group: can non-exempt staff be at-large members?
Erin and Melanie will raise the question at the next LAEC meeting
Spring Assembly: business meeting will take place in Asquith; reception will take place in the Radcliffe Gym
