University Library Council (ULC)
The University Library Council (ULC) is the coordinating body for policy and planning in the
Harvard University Library. The ULC includes the Carl H. Pforzheimer University Professor
and Director of the Harvard University Library; the Roy E. Larsen Librarian of Harvard College
and the chief librarians of the other faculty libraries; the associate librarians of Harvard College;
and the associate directors of the Harvard University Library.
