Description of repository / collection image holdings:
The Judaica Division repository has digital images documenting Jewish life over the past hundred years throughout the world and particularly in the Land of Israel.
What we have in VIA:
The Judaica Division's image holdings include: digital copies of photographs in the Central Zionist Archives and Jewish National Fund Archive documenting the history of the Jewish community in the Land of Israel; digital copies of the photoarchives of Israeli photographers Yosi Zwecker and Eyal Landesman who focus on culture in Israel, especially theater and music, from the 1990s on; born digital images as well as digital copies of the photoarchives of the Israeli photojournalist Eldad Refaeli who focuses on political, social and commercial aspects of contemporary Israel (1990s on); digital copies of Israel Haramati's photoarchive which focuses on theater, industrial design and commercial advertising in Israel (1960s-1990s).
