E-Journal Submission Form
For those of you who submit titles occasionally, this form may be easier to
use than the Excel version, available on the Forms page.
Either type of submission is welcome! Send questions, comments, or any additional
licensing/acquisitions information to

For each title, provide the information below (click each field name
for further instructions). Required fields are yellow.
Instructions

Omit initial articles in titles ("The," etc.). Change "&" to "and". |
Supply the ISSN of the print version, if known. For ejournals published only
in electronic format, supply the E-ISSN. |

Provide a clear holdings statement for the online access you are requesting be added (this may differ from all available online access for the title), e.g. "v.15 (1997)-" or "v.20-21
(2002-2003)"

Supply the ALEPH Record Number under which this title is cataloged, if known. |

For "bundled-with-print" journals, provide any numbers used in the
registration process; usually this is the publisher's or subscription agent's subscription number for the print copy. For e-only subscriptions, include the subscription number and/or the publisher's reference numbers, etc.

This should be a title-specific URL that links to the list of available issues
or other preferred access page. Content providers can usually provide appropriate
title-level URLs on request. DO NOT include proxy string information in the URLs.
This is information is no longer required, because of the MARCit process, but please include URL information for small-publisher titles that may not be in SFX. When in doubt, include URL.  |
