Copyright Guidelines for the Library
Digital Initiative
Most of the materials created as part of
the Library Digital Initiative are owned, held or licensed
by the President and Fellows of Harvard College. They are
being provided solely for the purpose of teaching
or individual research.
Any other use, including commercial reuse,
mounting on other systems or other forms of redistribution
requires permission of the appropriate office of Harvard University.

Boilerplate
Copyright Statements
There are a number of common resources that
are being developed as part of the Library Digital Initiative.
The first of these involves boilerplate copyright statements
that should appear both as general language for Harvard-specific
LDI resources, and specific language for individual digital
objects:
