Use this Guide to find out more about a system or service supported by OIS, or to get assistance when you have a question or problem.

OIS business hours are 8am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. All OIS staff members can be reached by calling 617-495-3724. If you are unsure who to contact in OIS, just call and ask your question.

Outside of business hours, you can call 617-495-3724 and leave a message, contact individual staff members by e-mail, or send a message to .

If there is an emergency outside of OIS business hours, contact the UIS Server Operations Center (617-495-3232).
