Library Sponsorship Form

Harvard organizations and individuals outside of the library system can use components of the HUL infrastructure (DRS, TED, Virtual Collections and other OIS-supported systems) if sponsored by a library.

By agreeing to be a sponsor, a Harvard library agrees to provide ongoing support for: (1) reference services to end users, (2) maintenance of any related data or metadata, and (3) any associated storage and maintenance costs.
