On Friday, April 18, we experienced intermittent disruptions in service with the applications associated with the DRS: IDS, PDS, VIA, HGL, OASIS, and Olivia. For some people, there was a slowness in retrieval of thumbnail images while others were unable to access images, maps, and text at all. The DRS now has a secondary storage device that we were moving to a new facility. Although the move was supposed to be transparent to everyday usage of the DRS applications, it was not. We are sorry for the disruptions that you experienced and count on improved performance going forward.
