Three recent bugs in Reserves List were reported and fixed by OIS or iCommons. In case you tripped over any of these ... they are described below.

– Early rollover of term defaults to Summer 08.
In the Library Tool, terms began defaulting to Summer 08 this week – too early for many libraries that are still processing Spring reserves. The Spring default is back and the rollover to Summer is scheduled for May 15 (start of exam period). Thanks to Leila Kocen at the Ed School for the tip.

– Default reset for "Required Reading" field in citation request
In both Library and Course Tools, to best of our knowledge, the original default was "Required" but for unknown reasons the default changed to "Optional" around start of the Spring term. OIS has reset the default back to "Required" for citation requests created directly in the Library Tool. We have asked that iCommons change the default back to "Required" in the Course Tool, but no estimate of when this will happen. Thanks to Bob Angilly at the Design School for the tip.

– Some minor loading problems with summer courses. Minor data issues in a few KSG and GSE summer courses caused problems in the loading process. iCommons fixed the data issues and courses are loading cleanly again.

Regards. –julie
