**New Features**
In addition to a new "look" and a major cleanup of the site's content, here are some new features that may be of interest:
– A "Systems A to Z" list on the home page that provides direct links to systems and information about systems.
– A "News" area that tracks OIS-related news and current events, including an RSS news feed.
http://hul.harvard.edu/ois/news/
– A "Digital Projects" area that offers guidance on starting projects using HUL infrastructure systems and highlights of projects already completed.

http://hul.harvard.edu/ois/digproj/projlist.html (selected projects that are completed)
– A new "Support Center", including the "Aleph Support Center", where you can request help with an OIS system or service.

http://hul.harvard.edu/ois/support/support-aleph.html (Aleph)
To ask for help, click the appropriate "Send a message" link, fill out the feedback form and submit. Your request for help will be sent to our problem tracking system (Footprints). You will receive an email confirmation of your request and an OIS staff member will follow up. This will be a familiar procedure for Aleph users but may be new to users of other OIS-supported systems.
**Bookmarks to the OIS web site**
Note that some parts of the web site have been reorganized. We have implemented URL forwarding, so bookmarks to OIS pages that have moved should still work. But if your links stop working and you can't find what you need, please contact the or call OIS (617.495.3724) and ask for assistance.
