OIS has scheduled some system maintenance on Sunday June 22 that will impact availability of the HUL Access Management Service (AMS). AMS provides HUID/PIN access to our restricted electronic resources, Harvard-only options in the HOLLIS Catalog and E-Research, and HUL administrative systems.

AMS will be unavailable on Sunday June 22 from 6am to 9am.

During this 6am-9am outage, any HUL service that must be accessed by HUID/PIN will be unavailable. This includes:

– Access to restricted "Harvard only" licensed eresources
– Access to restricted "Harvard only" digital objects (still images, page images, audio) stored in DRS
– HOLLIS Catalog "My Account" and "Request" options
– E-Research "My Research" option
– ERM Librarian's View
– Reserves List Library Tool
– DRS/PDS/NRS Maintenance Systems
– OASIS Interactive Loader
– TED/VC Maintenance Systems

E-Research, HOLLIS Catalog, other HUL catalog systems (VIA, OASIS, HGL), and TED/VC collections will be available on their normal schedule, but links within these systems to restricted eresources or digital objects will not work.

If you have questions or concerns about this June 22 outage, please contact Laura Morse in OIS.
