The following is a brief summary of the schedule:
* All public and staff systems will be available on their regular schedules throughout the winter recess.
* Patrons will be able to request items from the Depository throughout the winter recess. Requests for items at the Depository will be collected from 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 24 until 6:45am on Monday, December 29. On Monday, December 29, a single van will deliver these requests. Note: Libraries must notify the
that they will be open on December 29 to receive a delivery. Requests made from 6:45 am on Monday, December 29 through 6:45am on Monday, January 5 will be delivered on Monday, January 5.
* Emergency technical support will be on call in the event of any major systems failures. In the event of a systems emergency call the UIS Operations Desk at 617-495-3232.
* The Office for Information Systems will be closed from 12:00 noon, December 24 through Monday, January 5 at 8 am. Voice and email messages will be collected daily. Any urgent messages will receive a response within 24 hours. Call 617-495-3724 or .
