The Cognos ReportNet reporting system has been upgraded and is available this morning at http://bernstein.hul.harvard.edu/cognos8/. Please update your bookmarks.
Please see the Reporting Working Group's iSite at http://isites.harvard.edu/icb/icb.do?keyword=k35102 for an important Internet Explorer setting that you need in order to set up the new reporting server as a "trusted site." In addition, we have found that some users may need to adjust some settings on Internet Explorer in order to access the new version of Cognos.
The Aleph Support Center is now available as a tab in Cognos. Please use the Support Center to report any problems. This memo will be followed by more details later today.
