Due to several technical issues, the WAXi and WAX harvesting service outage is taking a bit longer than expected. The upgrade is not going to be complete on Monday morning (6/8) as we previously thought. Our current projection is that the upgrade should be done by Wednesday morning (6/10). WAXi and WAX harvesting service should be back up accordingly on Wednesday 6/10.
Please let us know if this would be a serious workflow problem for you to have WAXi and WAX harvesting out of service until Wed 6/10. We will then devise a way to roll back the upgrade for now. The upgrade will provide WAXi with more harvest indexing space, and move WAXi to a new faster server.
WAX Public Interface will continue to be available during this time.
