The HUL Image Delivery Service (IDS) is experiencing a very high load and in some cases, images are not being delivered. This problem is causing performance problems in OLIVIA and is impacting the delivery of images to catalog systems like VIA, HOLLIS and OASIS.
OIS is investigating and will send another message when more information is available. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
