RESOLVED: Cognos issue this morning

Cognos users, the problem has been corrected and Cognos is running at normal capacity again. Please note that Monday mornings the system has an especially heavy load of reports, so please be patient. Reports may take more time than usual, especially for reports that are run in the background.

Cognos users, please note that background processing on the Cognos server is currently experiencing some difficulties. This means that although reports may successfully run when you run them and view the results immediately, if you run with options to save output, email the report, or have scheduled a report, there will be a delay. Once we are able to free the system up, we will determine whether reports need to be re-scheduled.
