RESOLVED: Reporting data updates

The reporting data is now up-to-date.

If you need to re-run a scheduled report and want to avoid having to re-specify email addresses and other output options, go to "My activities and schedules," select "Schedules," and click on the drop-down arrow at the end of the report name that you want to re-run. One option there is "Run the schedule once."

Please let me know via the Aleph Support Center at http://nrs.harvard.edu/urn-3:hul.ois:alephhelpreport if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your patience.

To all users of the library reporting data -

The data update that runs overnight was interrupted early this morning; not all data has been updated. If you have reports that depend on the following query subjects, reports will not reflect yesterday's data:

Active loans
Active requests
Aleph Reserves data (bibs and courses)
Budget summary data
Encumbrance transactions
Invoice transactions
RList data

I will issue an update via this email list about when the data will be up to date. In the meantime, please be aware that reports using this data from yesterday will be incomplete.

Thank you,
Martha Creedon, OIS
