OASIS catalog access problem

OIS has received reports of problems accessing the OASIS catalog.  Due to the nature of the problem, some users may successfully connect to and use OASIS while others may get an “internal server error” message instead.  OIS is investigating but we don’t yet have an estimate for return to service.
