Aleph Update: HOLLIS/Aleph Unavailable/Systems Upgrades



Hello all,

This message will be of interest to all staff using HOLLIS/Aleph.

The public catalog and Aleph staff client will be unavailable on the following dates and times:

Sunday, January 28, 1:00 am-9:00 am.  The Aleph production system requires an operating system upgrade.
Tuesday, January 30, 5:00 am-7:00 am.  The system requires an Oracle patch installation.

Please note that this may cause delays in the distribution of circulation and acquisitions batch products on these dates.  On Tuesday, some HD deliveries may arrive later than usual.

We will send a message to HULINFO when the public catalog and the Aleph client are again available.

We appreciate your patience as we work to keep the production system up to date.
