Aleph Update - Budget Keyword Search Not Available for FY07 & FY08 budgets

Hello -

This Update covers topics of interest to financial, acquisitions and serials staff.

OIS has received reports that keyword budget searches do not bring up the budgets for FY07 and FY08.    We believe that this problem is related to the FY Rollover process, as FY07 budgets were retreivable by keywords prior to rollover.

We are analyzing the problem currently and will send an update when more information is available.
