Aleph Update: Vendor and email addresses restored in Aleph records

Hello -

OIS staff have recovered the email addresses deleted earlier today.   --One small exception to this may be email addresses added to special borrower patron records between 7:00 am and 9:00 am this morning.  If you updated a patron email during this timeframe, please check the record.

Orders, claims, and patron notices can once again be sent via email.

This message will be of interest to acquisitions and circulation staff.

All vendor and patron email address in Aleph were accidentally deleted shortly after 9:00 am today.   OIS is investigating recovery of this data.

Acquisitions Staff:  Until further notice: please send all new orders and claims by print format.

Circulation Staff:  All new circulation notices will automatically be created in print format until the email addresses have been restored.

Please note: Batch acquisitions and circulation products created last night were not affected and when retrieved by print daemon today will be sent via email as usual.
