Aleph Update: Pilot for sending EDI orders from Aleph

As of today, a pilot project for sending EDI orders from Aleph is underway. This project is limited to orders placed from Lamont (order unit LAM01) to Yankee Book Peddler. You may notice a new vendor code in the Acquisitions Module, YANKEE-EDI. This code is only for use by staff in Lamont for the purpose of the pilot project. Another announcement will go out upon successful completion of the pilot, at which time other units may begin using this service. The announcement will include more details about EDI ordering, and information on how to go about requesting this service for your order unit.
