Aleph Update: Aleph Client Outage Dec 24th 6:00 pm - Dec 25th 10:00 pm

This message will be of interest to all staff using the Aleph Staff Client.

Beginning 6:00 pm Sunday evening, Dec. 24th, OIS will be running a process to regenerate the Aleph Short Bibliographic records. These records are used in the HOLLIS Library Reporting System and on certain Acquisitions and Cataloging batch products. The records are being regenerated to solve an issue with unicode data in the HOLLIS Library Reporting System. We expect that the process will be complete by 10:00 pm on Dec. 25th.

Access to the HOLLIS catalog will not be impacted during this time period.

Circulation and Acquisition batch products will not be generated on December 24th.
