Summary annual statistics

FY2003 (July 2002 through June 2003) summary use statistics for OIS-supported systems are available in the Statistical Supplement accompanying the LDI Annual Report (Review of Year Five).

Aleph reporting and statistics

This page brings together any statistical reports or other use metrics for systems supported by OIS. This includes statistical information from annual reports as well as statistics or reporting services available for a specific system.

OIS provides both mediated and ad hoc reporting services for libraries using the Aleph Library System. These services are used to produce statistical reports and bibliographic lists associated with Aleph processing activities. Mediated reports are produced by OIS staff upon request. Ad hoc reports are generated by library staff using a desktop reporting tool that queries the Aleph Library Reporting System.

OIS also distributes on a regular basis reports and statistics on selected Aleph activities, such as daily circulation activity, Accounts Receivable activity, OPAC use, etc.

Harvard Libraries Portal activity

Summary statistics on use of the Libraries Portal are distributed by OIS at the end of each fiscal year. These statistics focus on use of licensed electronic resources, including use by resource, by Faculty, and by Vendor.
