Reporting a problem?
During business hours (9am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday), use options listed in the Support Center to report a problem.
After business hours and on weekends, if problem is urgent, call HUIT at (617) 495-3232. Non-urgent problems should be reported via the Support Center.
Before reporting a problem, consult the System Downtime News (in case problem has already been reported). Aleph users should consult the Frequently Asked Questions page.
In your report, please describe the activity leading up to the problem and any error messages that display. If appropriate, provide the system number of records that illustrate the problem.
