System Operator Account Registration Form

Use this form to add, update, or remove operator accounts for administrative access to the OASIS Interactive Loader, OLIVIA client, Reserves List Library Tool, TED Maintenance interface, Virtual Collections Maintenance interface and WAXI Maintenance. After submission, your contact information will be preserved in the form, so that you can add, update, or remove additional operators. An OIS staff member will respond to you by email when the request is processed.
