Aleph Standing Committee and Working Groups

The Standing Committee oversees Aleph system operations and developments. The Aleph Standing Committee establishes and oversees a number of working groups for functional areas.

Aleph Liaisons

Each library has at least one Aleph Liaison who is responsible for facilitating communications between OIS and the libraries.

HAUG

HAUG is an electronic list where staff can discuss Aleph operations at Harvard, including functional issues (acquisitions, cataloging, etc.) and other topics (logins, printing, character set, etc.).

Library IT Liaisons

Each library has a Library IT contacts responsible for facilitating communications between OIS and the library related to Aleph desktop and network issues. Library IT contacts meet regularly with OIS.
