Aleph Staff Training

The Aleph staff training program offers monthly introductory classes that cover major functional areas of the Aleph Integrated Library System. All full and part time Harvard staff members are eligible to attend. Classes are free but pre-registration is required.

Class registration is a 2-step process:

  1. Select desired class sections, then scroll to the bottom and click "Start Registration".
  2. Supply your contact information when prompted, then click "Submit Registration".

Class Locations

All classes are held at the Harvard University Library Building located at 90 Mt. Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA, Room 020. See directions to 90 Mt. Auburn Street.

Access to 90 Mt. Auburn

Students will need to dial "# 0 0 1" at the entrance of 90 Mt. Auburn to gain access to the building.

Upon entering, take the second right, which will open to a stairwell. Proceed downstairs and through the door to the Lower Level. Take a right, and Room 020 will be at the end of the hall.

For those requiring elevator access: There is an elevator located on the main floor. Take this to the B level. When you get off the elevator, take a right, then another right. Room 020 will be at the end of the hall.
