Getting Help

The HUL Office for Information Systems provides technical support for all TED and Virtual Collections operations. To ask a question or report a problem related to a TED or VC collection, send a comment to OIS.

Oversight Committee

The Digital Content Systems Working Group (DCSWG) is charged with advising the Office for Information Systems (OIS) on system functionality and policies related to the use of the HUL digital library infrastructure. This includes services that deal with building, preserving, and maintaining digital assets such as the Digital Repository Service (DRS), DRS Web Admin, and DRS BatchBuilder; and services for the discovery, access, and delivery of the digital assets such as DRS Delivery Services, Access Management, Name Resolution, Full-Text Searching, and special collections (e.g., TEDs and Virtual Collections).
