Use this form to submit a proposal for a project. A member of the OIS Digital Projects Group will respond to you once the proposal has been reviewed.

For HCL projects: Compliance with internal HCL review policies must be completed first before applying to OIS. Please submit an internal application, available on the HCL intranet.
