Getting Help

The Harvard University Information Technology Library Technology Services provides technical support for all DRS and delivery service operations. To ask a question or report a problem related to DRS or its delivery systems, send a comment to LTS.

DRS User Mailing List

LTS communicates to the DRS user community via a "DRS Users" mailing list. Contact the DRS Support Team in LTS to be added to this list.

Oversight Committee

The Digital Content Systems Working Group (DCSWG) is charged with advising the Library Technology Services (LTS) on system functionality and policies related to the use of the Harvard Library digital library infrastructure. This includes services that deal with building, preserving, and maintaining digital assets such as the Digital Repository Service (DRS), DRS Web Admin, and DRS BatchBuilder; and services for the discovery, access, and delivery of the digital assets such as DRS Delivery Services, Access Management, Name Resolution, Full-Text Searching, and special collections (e.g., TEDs and VCs).
