PDS Maintenance
The PDS Maintenance System (also called "PDS Maint") supports maintenance of page-turned objects that are part of the Page Delivery Service. The owner of digitized material (or an agent acting on behalf of the owner) can modify the structure of a PDS document by adding, rearranging, or deleting parts of a document. This Maintenance System also allows updates to individual object metadata (descriptive or structural).
Access to PDS Maint requires a Harvard ID and PIN and pre-registration with OIS. See the DRS/PDS Request Form if you need to register. Access to PDS Maint requires that your browser have cookie support enabled.

NRS Web Admin
The NRS Web Administrative interface (called NRS Web Admin) supports maintenance of name authority paths and persistent identifiers (also called URNs or names). Using NRS Web Admin, authorized users can delegate new name authorities (i.e., create new authority paths relative to existing ones) and create or update persistent identifiers (names, URNs). Web Admin also supports creation and update of user permissions within name authorities.
Every Harvard tub with an active name authority has a local NRS administrator who is responsible for granting access to NRS Web Admin. Consult the NRS Status page to find your local NRS administrator. If the Status page does not list a local administrator in your area, contact NRS Support in OIS to request access.
