Getting Help

OIS provides technical support for all e-resource systems. To report a problem or ask a question about these systems, use one of the comment options below. Or, consult the Support Center for the name of the system contact in OIS.

• Use the Harvard Libraries comment facility for questions about individual e-resources, the Harvard Libraries site, or E-Research site.
• Use the SFX comment facility for questions about Find It and Citation Linker.
• Send a message to the for questions about ERM Librarian's View.

Committee Oversight

The MetaPAC Committee has responsibility for ongoing oversight of the HOLLIS Catalog, E-Research @ Harvard Libraries, Harvard Libraries portal, and SFX. This responsibility includes addressing functionality, interface, and usability issues, and responding to comments and concerns raised by library staff and other Harvard library web site users.
