Getting Help
The HUL Office for Information Systems provides technical support for all Access Management (AMS) and Name Resolution Service (NRS) operations.
- To get AMS help: contact the AMS support team in OIS.
- To get NRS help:
- For help in planning or to request access to NRS Web Admin, contact your local NRS administrator. See the NRS Status Page for a list of authority paths and name of the associated local administrator.
- For help with an NRS problem, contact the NRS support team in OIS.
NRS Local Administrator
Each NRS authority path is associated with a local NRS administrator. A local administrator can create/update additional sub-authorities in that path, create/update persistent identifiers in that path, and grant NRS Web Admin permissions to other users for that authority path. Consult the NRS Status Page to view all authority paths and the name of the associated local administrator.
Oversight Committee
The Digital Content Systems Working Group (DCSWG) is charged with advising the Office for Information Systems (OIS) on system functionality and policies related to the use of the HUL digital library infrastructure. This includes services that deal with building, preserving, and maintaining digital assets such as the Digital Repository Service (DRS), DRS Web Admin, and DRS BatchBuilder; and services for the discovery, access, and delivery of the digital assets such as DRS Delivery Services, Access Management, Name Resolution, Full-Text Searching, and special collections (e.g., TEDs and VCs).
