Updating Library Information

Library hours, services and contact information are stored in a central database but maintained by designated librarians at individual libraries. View the library information updaters list. These contacts are listed and can be updated in the library records themselves.

The administrative interface to the library and archives records is a web-based form that can be updated as needed. While knowledge of html is not required, some fields in the library record will accept basic mark up. View basic instructions for updating library and archives records (note this page is available from within the Harvard University network only.) Field by field instructions are available from within the administrative interface.

Plan ahead! Please note that the library and archives database is regenerated overnight, so changes made today will not appear until tomorrow.
