Getting Help

OIS provides technical support for the Library Tool portion of the Reserves List Service. Support for the Course Tool is provided by the course support department in participating schools.

• For Library Tool assistance: send a message to the Reserves List support team in OIS.
• For Course Tool assistance: contact your course support group. School contacts are listed on the iCommons Course Support page.

Library Liaisons

Each participating library has a Reserves List Liaison who serves as a local contact. A list of liaisons is available.

Reserves discussion list

The reservers-users discussion list is a communication forum for issues related to reserves and the Reserves List Tool. This list is available to anyone in the Harvard community.
