Getting Help

The HUL Office for Information Systems provides technical support for all WAX operations. To ask a question or report a problem related to WAX, contact the WAX support team in OIS.

WAX curators reporting a problem should include this information:

• Name
• Email
• Phone #
• WAX Account
• Seed URI
• Harvest ID
• [If reporting about the WAX Public Interface] URL link to WAX Public Interface display where the problem occurred
• How did you get to the screen where you saw the problem?
• What you were doing when you saw the problem?
• What did you see happen?
• What did you expect to see happen?

Oversight Committee

The Digital Content Systems Working Group (DCSWG) is charged with advising the Office for Information Systems (OIS) on system functionality and policies related to the use of the HUL digital library infrastructure. This includes services that deal with building, preserving, and maintaining digital assets such as the Digital Repository Service (DRS), DRS Web Admin, and DRS BatchBuilder; and services for the discovery, access, and delivery of the digital assets such as DRS Delivery Services, Access Management, Name Resolution, Full-Text Searching, and special collections (e.g., collections in TED, VC and WAX).
