Bellenoit Receives the 10th annual Ishimoto Award

Paul Bellenoit, Director of Facilities Management for the Harvard College Library (HCL), is the winner of the 10th annual Carol Ishimoto Award for Distinguished Service. Bellenoit, who joined HCL in 1996, was lauded for his outstanding work as the onsite manager for the Widener Stacks Renovation Project while managing, simultaneously, more than 100 other construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for HCL.

The Ishimoto Award, named in honor of HCL's former associate librarian for cataloging and processing, is an annual cash award with a citation for creative professional achievement of the highest order. "I'm very pleased that Paul's outstanding contributions have been recognized by this award," says Susan Lee, Associate Librarian of Harvard College for Planning and Administration. "From the day he came to HCL, Paul has enthusiastically embraced the mission and goals of the Library."
