General Records Schedule Supplement for Libraries and Archives The Harvard University Records Management Office (RMO) has announced that the General Records Schedule Supplement I for Libraries and Archives is available online at http://hul.harvard.edu/rmo. Print copies may be requested directly from the RMO.
The Supplement—approved on January 12, 2001, under authority of a vote of the Corporation—applies to records commonly held by libraries and archives throughout the University. The schedule is intended to be used in conjunction with the General Records Schedule (GRS). These schedules constitute a common standard for records retention and identify records with permanent value.
