Loeb Design Offers Automated Signage

Nicole Tucker Keith, a second-year graduate student in landscape architecture, consults the new automated signage at the entrance to the Frances Loeb Library at Harvard Design School. The signage, developed and designed by Johanna Kasubowski and Alix Reiskind, uses rotating, easily edited, computer-generated displays on borrowing policies, hours, restrictions, and more. Envisioned during the library's recent renovation, the new automated displays are coordinated with the Loeb Library's web site at http://www.gsd.harvard.edu/library.
