Submit Listings for the HUL Calendar

The Public Services Committee (PSC) of the University Library Council is reminding Harvard library staff to submit listings of events and exhibitions to the Harvard University Library (HUL) Calendar, which is located at The calendar includes events, exhibitions, deadlines, and meetings of interest and/or concern to Harvard's library community.

During the academic year, the calendar is updated weekly—usually on Mondays—by the HUL Office of the Director. The calendar can serve as a planning and reference tool that can aid in avoiding conflicts, but as PSC chair Lynda Leahy notes, "Its effectiveness is dependent upon its completeness. Don't forget to post your events."

Library staff can submit listings using forms on the HUL web site, at for events or for exhibitions.
