The HMS Rewards and Recognition program is designed to formally
recognize and reward staff for the excellent work that they do in service to the HMS mission. The program
was created in response to the 2003 "Great Place to Work" survey that identified a need for more formal opportunities for staff recognition.
The HMS Rewards and Recognition Committee developed the program with oversight from the Center for Workplace Learning and Performance (CWLP) of the Office of Human Resources.
