A-Cats, a Harvard University Archives online resource, provides access to Harvard University's online course catalogs from Fall 2005 to the present. Earlier printed catalogs are available at the Archives.
- A-Cats contains course descriptions, faculty information, and calendar information for each school in three separate, searchable databases:
-
Courses - use the Courses database to find summary course descriptions, including names of instructors, meeting times, locations, etc.
-
Faculty - use the Faculty database to find faculty teaching in a specific year, semester, and/or department.
-
Calendars - use the Calendars database to find academic calendars for each school.
- New information is added to the A-Cats databases three times per year. Visit our holdings page for more information and to find out what academic terms are included in the A-Cats databases.
- If you are looking for the current course catalog data, visit the Course Catalog.
