There's no room in my office for another filing cabinet! Can you help me find space?
The Records Management Office can work with you to identify records no longer needed in the office and/or to find more efficient ways to store the records you do need to keep.
Where is the Records Management Office?
The Records Management Office is part of the University Archives, which is located in Pusey Library. Pusey Library is an underground building in Harvard Yard. The best way to enter Pusey Library is through the West Entrance of Lamont Library. A map showing Pusey and Lamont can be found here. Our mailing address can be found on our contact page.
Who should I call for records management help if I'm in the Medical Area?
The Archives and Records Management Program at Countway Library offers records management advice and assistance to offices of Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. For retrievals, however, all medical area offices should contact the Records Management Office in Cambridge directly. Offices of the Harvard School of Public Health should contact the Records Management Office in Cambridge for all records management services.
Who should I call for records management help if I'm at the Business School?
Information Life Cycle Management offers records management advice and assistance to offices of Harvard Business School.
